We value the privacy of our Users (defined under Clause 1.8). We are committed to ensuring the safety and protection of your personal data and information. This Privacy Policy (the 'Policy') is applicable to our app 'Happy Bark', (the Website Shall be referred to as the 'Platform'). We may collect, store, use and process the personal data and information provided by you while accessing and/or using the Platform. The Personal Data shall also include your user id/log –in id and passwords for accessing the Platform for registered Users.

'Processing' of the personal information or data includes activities such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction of Personal Data.
e) User
'User' means an individual or legal entity looking to avail any kind of travel services or medical services through the Platform, and shall also include a visitor of the Platform.

When a user visits our APP “ HAPPY BARK” does so at their own discretion and agrees to give their informed consent prior registering with us. Your personal details (name, location, e-mail address, debit/credit card information). We also store your information, when you make any purchase through our APP or subscribe for any of our services. Even if you made purchase as a guest user, we also store your information.
b) Data Automatically Collected by us
In addition to the Personal Data provided by you, our Platform uses technologies such as cookies, web beacons, log data and third-party analytics for data collection and analysis.

Log Data and files are collected by us when you use and interact with the Platform. Once you become a registered member of HAPPY BARK you will be able to receive promotional emails regarding latest offers and discounts from us. You may also receive such communication if you have made a purchase as a guest user.

The User agrees to give their expressed consent prior to their registration on HAPPYBARK. The Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password of their registered account and for all other sensitive information provided by them on HAPPYBARK. The Users are permitted to review the information provided on HAPPYBARK and shall be able to seek correction, amendments, or deletion of their Personal Information where it is inaccurate.

HAPPY BARK ensures in taking every possible precaution in protecting its User's Personal Information. When the User enter sensitive personal data such as Bank account details, credit card or debit card details or any other payment instrument details for registration is shared on HAPPY BARK, the said information gets encrypted and is protected with a trusted encryption software on HAPPYBARK. However, the User shall be solely responsible for providing their credit cards, debit cards and/or such other forms of instruments or documents for making such transactions. HAPPY BARK takes no responsibility or liability for an improper use of any information relating to the usage of credit cards/debit cards. If the Users have any query regarding the security of their Personal Information provided to HAPPY BARK the Users are free to contact HAPPYBARK at the given address on the APP.
12. Privacy Related Inquiries and Complaints
HAPPY BARK APP fully complies with all the Indian Laws applicable and takes its User's privacy concerns seriously. In case the User believes that HAPPY BARK APP has not complied with this Policy with respect to their Personal Information or in case the User has other related query or concerns, they may write to the address given below. Any complaint or concern with regard to the access, usage, content, comment or breach of the Terms of Use shall be addressed to the designated Grievance Officer of HAPPY BARK APP. 13. REFUND policy:
In the event you place a return request for any product purchased by you, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the product returned by you, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded the relevant amount to your original payment method within 24 hours
In the event of cancellation of an order, any amount paid by you with respect to such transaction shall be refunded on your original payment method.
14. Return policy
While most of the products available on the HAPP BARK APP can be returned, subject to the terms of this cancellation, return, exchange, and refund policy .please check the details of the product, before placing an order, to check if the product is eligible for a return or not. We do not accept return on sale items or gift cards.
You have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns or exchanges of products in the following categories will not be accepted (unless received damaged or spoilt):
- Food and treats
- Bedding, Mats & Travel Supplies
- Cat litter
- Unopened units in a combo product (ex: If a product comprises 12 packets and out of it, 11 packets are unopened, then a return or refund or exchange request for such 11 packets will not be accepted)

You may cancel any order before the dispatch of the item has taken place. Or else you may email us at query@happybark.in or raise a ticket on app to initiate cancellation.
The Platform retains the right to cancel any order placed by you, at its sole discretion and shall intimate you of the same by way of an email/SMS. Further, the Platform may cancel an order wherein the quantities exceed the standard for individual consumption or the Platform has reason to believe or suspect that such an order is not placed by a consumer for personal use.
For any question relating to return or cancellation of any products, you can always raise a ticket which will be solved in 24 hours
15. Cancellation Policy:
Please note an order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained. However return is possible for all orders/products.
