Shipping Policy

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. COMPANION COVE TECH PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days rom the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. Return Policy

While most of the products available on the HAPPY BARK APP can be returned, subject to the terms of this cancellation, return, exchange, and refund policy. Please check the details of the product, before placing an order, to check if the product is eligible for a return or not.We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • You have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase (where your order confirmation email/SMS would be sufficient).

    Returns or exchanges of products in the following categories will not be accepted (unless received damaged/ spoilt/ wrong product):

    - Food and treats

    - Bedding, Mats & Travel Supplies

    - Cat litter

    - Unopened units in a combo product (ex: If a product comprises 12 packets and out of it, 11 packets are unopened, then a return or refund or exchange request for such 11 packets will not be accepted)

    Product pages outline whether that product is returnable or not.

To initiate a return request, you can raise a ticket which will be solved in 24 hours.....

You may cancel any order before the dispatch of the item has taken place. Or else you may email us at query@happybark.in or raise a ticket on the app to initiate cancellation.   

The Platform retains the right to cancel any order placed by you, at its sole discretion, and shall inform you of the same by way of an email/SMS. Further, the Platform may cancel an order wherein the quantities exceed the standard for individual consumption or the Platform has reason to believe or suspect that such an order is not placed by a consumer for personal use.

For any question relating to the return or cancellation of any products, you can always raise a ticket which will be solved in 24 hours.
